Providing the website
This website is made of static pages. Fonts and any published images are served from the same site. There is no contact form, no analytics, no advertising service, no Facebook SDK, no Meta pixel, and no embedded map or social network.
The pages are provided as static files through Hostinger web hosting. When you open the site, connection and log data may be processed, in particular the IP address, date and time, the address requested, and technical details of the browser and operating system. This is done to deliver the page and to keep the service secure.

If you call or send an email to info@restoran-savic.com, we process the details you give us in order to handle your question or reservation. The legal basis is steps before a contract or performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. For a general enquiry that is not about a booking, processing is based on the legitimate interest in replying, Article 6(1)(f).
This website does not name the technical provider of the email mailbox. That provider is not part of the website itself.

Links to Booking.com and to a map service open only when you choose them. The website does not embed those services and does not load their content when the page opens. The Booking.com link has no affiliate or tracking parameters. The operator of the page you open is responsible for any further processing.
The link to the Facebook page opens only when you choose it. Facebook is not embedded. No Facebook SDK and no Meta pixel are loaded, and Facebook is not contacted when the website opens.

That addendum does not state a fixed period for connection logs while the service is running. Details from calls and emails are kept for as long as handling the enquiry requires. If a contract is formed, statutory retention duties may also apply. No single number of years is stated here for those matters, because it depends on the particular matter.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. Where the legal conditions are met, you also have the right to data portability. The General Data Protection Regulation applies, together with the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Zakon o provedbi Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka).
